At the age of 32, Kenny decided to invest everything he had to become a helicopter pilot. Now, as a 12-year career pilot, Kenny has flown the Bell 47, Bell Jet Ranger III, BK-117, EC-135, all models of Enstrom Helicopters, Robinson R-22, Robinson R-44, and the Schweitzer 300. Kenny is one of only five pilots in the country who can provide dual instruction in the Enstrom 480 Turbine helicopter. His passion for flying is paralleled only by his passion for teaching and instructing his students. So, in October of 2008 he founded Fort Wayne Helicopters in hope of meeting and mentoring potential pilots who share his passion for helicopter flight. Kenny has seen the ups and downs of the industry, not as an observer, but as someone in the middle of it all. No matter who you are, where you have come from, or what your past flight experiences entail, Kenny will work with you to make you a safe and successful professional pilot.

Trained at high density altitude in the mountainous terrain of Arizona. Has a passion for flying and enjoys sharing that with others. Dan has worked his way from student to Flight Instructor in one year and understands the thrill of flying that first flight and still feels that way today.
